If our sound system does not quite meet your needs, Green Tree Country Club will be happy to assist you in finding the perfect entertainment for your function, whether it is a DJ, band, or even a string quartet. All charges for outside entertainment are the responsibility of the function host. Green Tree Country Club will offer any assistance it can to the vendor, but we are not responsible for set-up, electrical needs, or sound checks. The earliest time for entertainment set up is 3 hours prior to the scheduled starting time for the event, unless otherwise specified by the Director of Events on the signed contract. Any material or equipment brought in must be removed from the Club immediately following the event.
Planning a function can be a very stressful time for the host. By confirming all details of your event with Green Tree and signing the contract as soon as possible, but no later than 2 weeks in advance, we can relieve some of the pressure you are feeling. You can feel confident knowing that your party is in professional hands. Included in each events pricing is one standard linen tablecloth and one napkin per place setting. Cloth colors and linen needs must be chosen and included on the signed contract 2 weeks prior to the event. The standard linen tablecloth color is white and the napkins come in a wide variety of colors. Specialty linens and chair covers may be ordered through the Club, but the function host will be responsible for all applicable fees in regards to these items including rental, shipping, and damages. These fees will be added to the final bill.
