All functions are required to meet the following Food Minimums excluding service charge and sales tax.

Any function not meeting these minimums will be charged the difference unless specified differently in the signed contract.
A member-sponsored function is one where the host of the function is not a member of Green Tree Country Club. This may include an individual or an organization that is being directly billed. The member sponsor must state in writing that they approve the use of their membership and that they will guarantee payment in the event that the sponsored individual or organization does not pay.
