Wedding ceremonies will be set up for an additional $150.00. Room charges will be applied to all functions in the form of a nonrefundable deposit, which will be required in advance in order to confirm a booking date. Failure to pay the deposit in a timely manner could result in the loss of the room if you wish to have a function on Monday an $1800 non-refundable room fee will apply, regardless of Food and Beverage revenue.
Once a floor plan has been decided upon for your function, Green Tree Country Club will place all tables, chairs, and other necessary items prior to the function. In most cases, the set up of tables and chairs will be complete 3 hours before the function begins. If other arrangements are desired and possible, details of this agreement must be in a signed contract. Your event planner will be happy to assist in completing the final floor plan, which is required 10 days in advance of your event.
